I’ve been working with Reig for over 2 years now using his online coaching. Reig has worked with me through multiple injuries I’ve had through playing sports (lower back, knee and ankle ligament tears, ankle ligament tears, etc.) and has always helped me with recovering and getting me back to being able to play all the sports I want to.
